What to expect when you enroll with Citadel, and how your information is handled. Last updated 6 November 2026.

Mentoring enrollment terms

  • Access. Mentoring includes dedicated LMS access for 6 months (CPP®) or 4 months (PSP® and PCI®), starting when your access is activated.
  • Fees and payment. The fee is shown in the enrollment form. You can pay in full or in installments, as confirmed by Citadel when your start date is agreed. Submitting the form does not activate your access.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable once access has been activated.
  • Extensions. If you need more time, you can ask for your access to be extended. The extension fee is confirmed by Citadel before you agree.
  • No guarantee of results. Citadel provides independent professional mentoring and study support. Your result depends on your preparation. Citadel does not guarantee exam results, eligibility approval or certification.
  • Independence from ASIS. CPP®, PSP® and PCI® are ASIS International board certifications, and Citadel does not award them. Citadel study materials are independently developed. They are not ASIS publications and are not endorsed by ASIS. Any badge issued by Citadel is not an ASIS certification.
  • Course materials. Notes and assessments stay on the dedicated LMS for your personal use. Please do not copy, share or redistribute them.
  • Official communication. Citadel contacts you only from [email protected] and +92 300 3414271. Please confirm any payment request with us there before you pay.

Privacy

  • What we collect. The details you give in our forms (such as your name, contact details, program, professional background and feedback) and the messages you send us.
  • How we use it. To reply to you, schedule calls and webinars, enroll and support mentees, and improve our programs. Reviews and testimonials are published only with your permission.
  • Where it is handled. Our forms run on Google Forms, your course runs on the dedicated LMS, and this website is hosted on Cloudflare, which gives us aggregated visit statistics.
  • Sharing. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services above that we need to run Citadel, or when the law requires it.
  • Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for a published review, by writing to [email protected].
